Jules lives in West Linn with her husband, Joe. They have four children and are active in their community, contributing to public schools, arts, library and small businesses. Ensuring that our community is welcoming and inclusive is important and personal for Jules, who has kids in the LGBTQ+ community.
As state representative, Jules has made connections and passed meaningful legislation on health care, addiction treatment and recovery, supporting workers, and helping Oregonians thrive.
As mayor, she pushed for an equity audit to better inform inclusive city policy, and established the first Pride Proclamations in city history. She has a background in communications and journalism, is pursuing a master’s degree, and is a proud Oregon Duck.
